Kamaz expects heavy truck market to shrink by 30–40% in 2022
ST. PETERSBURG, Jun 17 (PRIME) – Russia’s heavy, 14–40-tonne truck market will fall by 30–40% in 2022, truck maker Kamaz CEO Sergei Kogogin said at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) on Friday.
"The truck market in our segment will fall by 30–40% under our estimate," Kogogin said.
In 2021, the heavy truck market amounted to 79,000 units.
